Dundie Dash is a free, browser-based arcade game created for community entertainment purposes only. The Game is not affiliated with any blockchain project, token, or financial instrument.
Scores, leaderboard rankings, and in-game collectibles ("Dundies") have NO monetary value, NO token value, and are NOT redeemable for any cryptocurrency, NFT, or real-world asset. The Game does not constitute a financial product, investment, or gambling service.
While the Game collects a Solana wallet address for identification purposes, it does NOT initiate, process, or request any blockchain transactions. No funds are moved, staked, swapped, or transferred. Your wallet is never connected to any smart contract through this Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By playing, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to manipulate scores or gameplay. We reserve the right to remove scores or ban users who violate fair play.
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide: your X (Twitter) username and Solana wallet address. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or data preservation. Leaderboard scores may be reset at any time.
The Game operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We reserve the right to modify these terms, the Game mechanics, leaderboard rules, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved informally where possible.
